 "text": "RS 14:329.5\n\n\u00a7329.5. Prohibition of interference with educational process; certain activities\nexcepted\n\nA. No person shall, on the campus or lands of any university, college,\njunior college, trade or vocational-technical school, special school, elementary\nor secondary school in this state, hereinafter referred to as \"institutions of\nlearning,\" or at or in any building or other facility thereof owned, operated or\ncontrolled by the state or any of its agencies or political subdivisions, willfully\ndeny to students, school officials, faculty, employees, invitees and guests\nthereof:\n\n(1) Lawful freedom of movement on the campus or lands; or\n\n(2) Lawful use of the property, facilities or parts of any institution of\nlearning; or\n\n(3) The right of lawful ingress and egress to and from the institution's\nphysical facilities.\n\nB. No person shall, on the campus of any institution of learning or at\nor in any building or other facility thereof owned, operated or controlled by the\nstate or any agency or political subdivision thereof, willfully impede the staff\nor faculty of such institution in the lawful performance of their duties, or\nwillfully impede a student of such institution in lawful pursuit of his\neducational activities, through use of restraint, abduction, coercion, or\nintimidation, or when force and violence are present or threatened.\n\nC. No person shall willfully refuse or fail to leave the property of, or\nany building or other facility owned, operated or controlled by the state or any\nagency or political subdivision thereof, upon being requested to do so by the\nchief administrative officer thereof, or by his designee charged with\nmaintaining order on the campus or grounds and in its facilities, or a dean of\nsuch institution of learning, if such person is committing, threatens to commit,\nor incites others to commit, any act which would or is likely to disrupt, impair,\ninterfere with or obstruct the lawful missions, processes, procedures or\nfunctions of such institutions of learning.\n\nD. Nothing contained in R.S. 14:329.1 through 329.8 shall apply to a\nbona fide legitimate labor organization or to any of its legal activities such as\nlawful picketing, lawful assembly or concerted activity in the interest of its\nmembers for the purpose of accomplishing or securing more favorable wage\nstandards, hours of employment or working conditions.\n\nActs 1969, No. 176, \u00a76."
