Registration statements to be public records\n\nAll registration statements of both organizations and individuals under\nR.S. 14:358 through 373 shall be considered public records and shall be kept\nopen for public inspection at any reasonable time.\n\nAmended by Acts 1965, No. 45, \u00a71."
