Election ballots\n\nNo organization finally determined under the provisions of R.S. 14:358 \nthrough 373 to be a communist organization or a subversive organization shall\nhave its name or the name of any of its nominees printed on any election ballot\nused in any primary or general election in the state of Louisiana.\n\nAmended by Acts 1965, No. 45, \u00a71."
