 "text": "RS 14:64.2.1\n\n\u00a764.2.1. Carjacking; recruitment of juveniles\n\nA. It shall be unlawful for any person over the age of seventeen to intentionally\nrecruit, entice, aid, solicit, or encourage any child under the age of eighteen to commit the\noffense of carjacking as defined in R.S. 14:64.2.\n\nB. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be imprisoned at hard labor\nfor not less than five years and for not more than twenty years, without benefit of parole,\nprobation, or suspension of sentence.\n\nActs 2022, No. 220, \u00a71."
