 "text": "RS 14:68.4\n\n\u00a768.4. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle\n\nA. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle is the intentional taking or use of a motor\nvehicle which belongs to another, either without the other's consent, or by means of\nfraudulent conduct, practices, or representations, but without any intention to deprive the\nother of the motor vehicle permanently.\n\nB. Whoever commits the crime of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle shall be fined\nnot more than five thousand dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more\nthan two years or both.\n\nC.
