 "text": "RS 14:90.4\n\n\u00a790.4. Unlawful playing of video draw poker devices by persons under the age of twenty-one; penalty\n\nA. It is unlawful for any person under twenty-one years of age to play video draw\npoker devices.\n\nB. For purposes of this Section, \"video draw poker device\" means a device, as\ndefined in R.S. 27:402, placed in an establishment licensed for operation and regulated under\nthe applicable provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 27 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.\n\nC. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than one\nhundred dollars for the first offense, two hundred fifty dollars for the second offense, and\nfive hundred dollars for the third offense.\n\nD. A gaming licensee, or a specifically authorized employee or agent of a gaming\nlicensee, may use reasonable force to detain a person for questioning on the premises of the\ngaming establishment, for a length of time, not to exceed sixty minutes, unless it is\nreasonable under the circumstances that the person be detained longer, when he has\nreasonable cause to believe that the person has violated the provisions of this Section. The\nlicensee or his employee or agent may also detain such a person for arrest by a peace officer. \nThe detention shall not constitute an arrest.\n\nActs 1998, 1st Ex.
